A delegation from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi made a coordination visit this morning to the Center for Sheltering Foreign Violators in Al Awir area affiliated to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, with the aim of enhancing cooperation and joint coordination, reviewing the procedures applied in the center, identifying improvement points and setting corrective plans for them.
The Abu Dhabi residency delegation was headed by Brigadier General Salem Saleh Al Ameri, Director of the Department, and the delegation included several managers from the Department.
During the visit, the delegation inspected the procedures that are implemented in dealing with violators and the mechanisms applied at the center. The delegation also inspected the control room and learned about the steps for filing complaints, the procedures for submitting the cases to the prosecution and transferring them to the court, as well as other relevant procedures.
