Taiseer System

Introduction

The Taiseer System is a centralised electronic platform designed to identify, monitor and address obstacles to trade between the Member States of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). It aims to strengthen economic integration and facilitate the movement of goods across the Member States.

The system forms part of the efforts of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security to support compliance with the unified customs policies, regulations and procedures of the GCC Customs Union. This contributes to improving the efficiency of customs operations and enhancing the experience of the trading community across the GCC Member States.

The system also represents an important step towards promoting transparency, strengthening coordination and cooperation among the relevant authorities, and supporting the growth of intra-GCC trade.

The system enables beneficiaries to submit the challenges and obstacles they may encounter during trade exchange operations through a unified digital platform. These submissions are then managed and monitored electronically by specialists within the customs departments and authorities of the GCC Member States, in accordance with the approved mechanisms.

System Eligibility Requirements

To benefit from the services provided by the Taiseer System, the following requirements must be met: –

The company or institution must be registered on the system in order to access the available electronic services.
