The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security is committed to enhancing the customer experience and facilitating the completion of transactions through partnerships with digital intermediaries that provide integrated services. These include health insurance services, which are a requirement for obtaining visas and residency.
In this context, the Authority has established a direct digital integration with the “Shory” platform, an approved intermediary for offering and purchasing health insurance from accredited insurance providers in the UAE. Through this consultation, the Authority aims to gather customers’ views on the efficiency of the “Shory” platform as a digital intermediary and the effectiveness of this integration in supporting the overall customer experience.

- To assess customers’ opinions on the efficiency of the “Shory” platform as a digital intermediary
- To evaluate the effectiveness of the integration in enhancing the customer experience with the Authority
