The UAE Government has launched the “Work Bundle” platform across all Emirates as a unified platform integrating employment and residency services into a single application. It aims to provide a proactive, integrated, and seamless customer experience.
This bundle simplifies employee and business management processes within private sector establishments by offering a range of integrated services through a single platform based on a unified service request. It provides key services for individuals and companies, including the recruitment of new employees for business owners and companies, proactive renewal of work permits for existing employees, and the cancellation of work permits and residency.
Consultation Objective
The Authority is committed to listening to customers’ views and involving them in service development, in line with the principle of continuous improvement. This consultation aims to gather customers’ opinions on identity and residency services delivered through the “Work Bundle” platform, and to explore their suggestions for enhancing service quality in a way that meets their expectations and contributes to their satisfaction.
