The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security is committed to developing its service ecosystem to meet customer expectations, enhance their satisfaction, and contribute to improving the quality of life within society. To ensure that target customers are well informed about these services, the Authority conducts awareness campaigns to raise understanding of the services, their requirements, and the procedures for applying and obtaining them.
Through this survey, the Authority seeks to measure the level of public awareness of the services provided, as well as the role and importance of awareness campaigns in informing customers about these services and how to access them. This will help identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in awareness efforts and enhance overall performance in this area.
