Consultation Topic
The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, represented by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Abu Dhabi, held the fourth Customer Council for 2024 on Wednesday, 20 November 2024, at the Directorate’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi, under the theme “Towards Proactive Services”.
The Council was chaired by H.E. Major General Saeed Salem Balhas Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Abu Dhabi, and was attended by officials and employees of the Directorate, as well as a number of customers, partners, and members of the community.
Consultation Objective
To review plans and proposals for developing services and transforming them into proactive and forward-looking services that meet customers’ needs and expectations before they are requested.
Expected Decisions
The outcomes and proposals will be recorded, analysed, and implemented accordingly.
