أكد الفريق أول سمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان ولي عهد أبوظبي نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة الإمارات للهوية، أن ما يميز التجربة الإماراتية إنسانية توجهاتها وشمولية اهتمامها.
وأكد سمو ولي عهد أبوظبي نائب القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة أن قيادة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تركز على الإنسان باعتباره هدف عملية التنمية وأداتها، لافتاً سموه إلى أن الدولة تسير على طريق التمكين الشامل، عبر استمرار الالتزام بترسيخ مبدأ المشاركة الشعبية، وتعزيز دولة القانون.
ونوه الفريق أول سمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان، في كلمة له بمناسبة اليوم الوطني الأربعين، بما حققته دولة الإمارات من مرتبة متقدمة بين دول العالم في مجال التنمية البشرية، حيث احتلت المركز الـ30 في تقرير دليل التنمية البشرية لعام 2011 الذي تصدره الأمم المتحدة، وذلك من بين 169 دولة شملها التقرير، كما جاء
His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Emirates Identity Authority, has affirmed that the UAE experience is distinguished for its human orientations and comprehensive concerns.
He emphasized that the UAE leadership focuses on man, this being the goal and means of development, noting that the UAE has taken a clear path towards comprehensive empowerment by continuing to be committed to the concept of popular participation and strengthening the rule of the law.
In his speech marking the UAE 40th National Day, Sheikh Mohammed noted the advanced position that the UAE secured among the countries of the world in the field of human development. The UAE ranked 30 in the Human Development Report 2011, which was issued by the United Nations and covered 169 countries, he said, adding that the UAE came in the first place in the Arab world as well.
Recalling the process of building, which was laid down by the founding forefathers, Sheikh Mohammed affirmed that celebrating the UAE 40th National Day is a source of pride to everybody in view of the comprehensive development that the UAE achieved in all fields.
Sheikh Mohammed stressed the importance of the educational sector in making highly efficient human capital and called for continuing to develop and upgrade the educational plans and programs in the different stages, enabling them to go universal without neglecting the fundamentals of “our national identity”.

واستذكر سموه مسيرة البناء التي أرسى دعائمها الآباء المؤسسون، مؤكداً أن الاحتفال باليوم الوطني الأربعين مدعاة فخر للجميع، بكل ما تم تحقيقه من نهضة شاملة طالت أنحاء الوطن.
وشدد سموه على أهمية القطاع التعليمي في صناعة رأس المال البشري عالي الكفاءة. ودعا سموه إلى الاستمرار في تطوير الخطط والبرامج التعليمية والارتقاء بها، في مختلف مراحلها للوصول بها إلى العالمية، دون تفريط بثوابت هويتنا الوطنية.
