The Telecommunication Regulatory Authority recognized the Emirates ID Authority for its participation as a part of the UAE e-Government Platform in GITEX Technology Week 2016, closed on this Thursday.
Abdulaziz Al Mamari, Head of Social and Government Communication at the Emirates ID Authority said the Authority received a shield of honor from Mr. Majid Al Mismar, Deputy Director General of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in a ceremony held by the TRA to honor the governmental entities which participated in the TRA-supervised UAE e-Government Platform. This recognition is a reflection of their efforts to develop smart services and applications that would serve the purposes of customer service, save customers’ time and effort and consequently achieve customer satisfaction.
Al Mismar thanked governmental teams who participated in the UAE e-Government Stand rom 22 entities and contributed to the success of this event.
