His Excellency Brigadier Suhail Juma Al-Khaili, Acting Director General of the Authority and Passports, held the regular meeting of the Department in which took part directors of departments and other officials in order to check on the workflow and performance indicators of service centers. They also discussed improvement areas and development solutions according to the highest standards.
Al-Khaili praised the efforts deployed by the staff and highlighted the importance of following up on the quality of services delivered to customers in a way that guarantees their happiness.
