The Nationality Executive Affairs Board stresses the Importance of promoting the Services Provided to Customers

This morning The Executive Affairs Board of General Directorate of Nationality of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship held a meeting chaired by Brigadier General Sohail Gomaa Al Khaili, ICA’s Acting Director-General. This meeting was attended by Brigadier General Khalifa Balquba Al Humairi, Executive Director of Personal Status and Passports Department, Naser Al Abdouli, Director of Centers Support, and a number of department directors at the Headquarters of the General Directorate of Nationality.

During its tenth meeting for 2019, the Board tackled a number of topics, including the results of the customer satisfaction survey for the Cabinet and the mystery shopper for 2019.

The Board was briefed by Naser Al Abdouli, Director of Centers Support, on the results of the surveys panel of 2019 which, in turn, seeks to provide the best services to customers at the centers, for smoother and simpler procedures and to save time and effort.

Lieutenant Colonel Sultan Mohammed Al Marri, Director of Strategy and Future Department at the General Directorate of Nationality, reviewed the results of the indicators of the General Directorate of Nationality for the third quarter of 2019,  in the translation of ICA’s general policies aiming at improving the various services provided.

The Board tackled the other agenda items and took the appropriate related decisions.
