The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security has received several international distinctions in the fields of quality management, occupational health, safety management, environmental management, and the international standard for information security and management of relationships with partners, after successful compliance with all the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The certificates were granted by the British Institute for Standardization and Metrology (BSI) in recognition of the remarkable and unprecedented success the Authority has achieved in applying the highest international standards in systematic institutional work.
The accreditation certificates were received by Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, from representatives of the British Institute for International Standardization and Metrology (BSI), in presence of the directors-general of the Authority and executive directors from the Authority’s head office in Abu Dhabi.
His Excellency the Acting Director General of the Authority stressed that this achievement is the result of the tireless efforts of all stakeholders and work teams and the culmination of implementing strategies that support institutional leadership and achieve the desired excellence in the services provided within the framework of adopting quality systems and strengthening their practices to improve the quality of community life and achieve institutional and national goals.
