During its 3rd meeting in 2018
The Executive Affairs Board of the General Directorate of Nationality in Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship affirmed the importance of implementing the Emirates Government Excellence Program in customer happiness centers in the Nationality Sector, the matter which enhances the services provided by it and develops its competences in a way that will make the customers happy and achieve the highest levels of satisfaction.
The Board invited all departments within the Nationality Sector to upgrade the services provided to the customers.
In order to bring it to levels beyond their expectations and achieve satisfaction and happiness, the matter which places on all employees the responsibility by redoubling efforts to provide new and innovative things to achieve higher levels of excellence in customer happiness, which contributes to strengthening the competitive position of ICA at the level of service sectors in the state.
This came during the 3rd meeting of the Board in 2018, which was held at the headquarters of the Directorate in Abu Dhabi and headed by the Brigadier Suhail Jumaa Al-Khaili, Acting Director-General of Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in the presence of Brigadier Khalifa Matar balKobaa, Executive Director of Personal Status and Passports, Colonel Khamis Mohammed Al Kaabi, Executive Director of the Support Services Sector and member of the Executive Affairs Council of ICA.
The Board discussed a proposal submitted by the consultant of the Director-General of Nationality, Musabah Obaid Al-Mesmari on the design a developed customer happiness center, which aims at providing new services and innovative ways to the customers of happiness centers in the regional departments of the Nationality Sector, receive them, respond to their inquiries and complete their transactions with ease, high quality, efficiency, and speed.
The Board listened to an explanation from Lt. Col. Hameed Obaid Al Suwaidi, Director of Statistics and Archives of Nationality, on the amendments and observations regarding the laws and legislations related to nationality works.
