His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, visited this morning the innovation event held by the Authority at the main building in Khalifa City in Abu Dhabi as part of the activities of the Innovation Month “UAE Innovates 2023”.
His Excellency the Director General made an inspection tour of the platforms and teams participating in the event, during which he was briefed on the most important innovations implemented by the Authority in the various work themes, and their impact on developing the system of smart services provided by the Authority to customers and members of society.
His Excellency the Director General of the Authority praised the efforts of the various departments and teams, their initiatives and projects that contributed to the establishment of a culture of innovation in the work system, and the strengthening of the Authority’s ability to meet the needs of customers professionally and proactively, and to build an advanced service system.
His Excellency the Director General was received during the visit by Major Yousef Al Hammadi, Director of the Strategy and Future Department, and several directors of departments and projects, in addition to innovators from universities and schools participating in the event.
The innovation event aimed to introduce the importance of innovation and its positive effects, and to promote innovative projects and services provided by the Authority to customers and members of society, thus contributing to improving the quality of life of society members and the transition to smart government.
