Ismail Al Balushi, the Director of the Customer Happiness Center in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, honored the employee Jassim Al Shamsi, the winner of the “empowered employee” competition, which was held within the framework of the marketing plan for the Center’s services, with a view to increase the employees’ awareness of the procedures of the services of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, and spreading the positive competition among the Authority’s employees in the work environment for excellence.
The Director of the Center praised the employees’ eagerness to participate and present their creative ideas to develop the institutional work environment, stressing the importance of everyone’s participation in the awareness competitions to enhance the knowledge of the Authority’s procedures and services.
