His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, made an inspection visit to the Customer Happiness Centers in Dubai, in order to check the mechanisms of the work system, the flow of operations and the provision of services that the Authority makes sure to keep continuously excellent and efficient and therefore enhance Customer Happiness.
Al Khaili praised the efforts of the Authority’s employees in the centers and praised the work mechanisms that use the latest technologies and the best digital and smart systems.
This visit took place as part of the Authority’s endeavor to support the flow of work in the centers in a manner that meets the aspirations of the Authority to provide services according to the best practices.
