FAIC’s Customer Happiness Center in Sharjah received a delegation from the female employees of “Tasheel” Centers, who visited FAIC’s Customer Happiness Center to be aware of the best practices applied to obtain a Five Star Rating within the results of classification of customer happiness centers in the federal government In accordance with the Global Star Rating System.
The delegation listened to a presentation by the Director of the Customer Happiness Center, Ahmed Al Bah, which included a detailed explanation of the services provided by FAIC’s customer happiness centers to its customers, and the criteria it adopts to grant them happiness and satisfaction.
The customer happiness center’s administration organized a tour to the delegation in its various sections during which they listened to an explanation from its employees about the nature of the center’s work, the registration procedures and the excellent services it provides to the customers.
