In cooperation with the General Directorate of Civil Defense in the Emirate of Sharjah, FAIC’s Customer Happiness Center in Sharjah organized an evacuation drill in the framework of the FAIC’s keenness to apply the best security and safety standards for its employees and customers, establishing and raising awareness on professional health and safety standards.
The drill includes training for the employees on evacuation plans and types, how to behave properly during disasters or fires to avoid material or human losses, and introducing to them the categories that are considered priority during the evacuation process, as well as clarifying the mechanism of access to assembly points in the event of fire accident before the arrival of civil defense forces, and the preventive measures to be followed.
