“Rick Howard” sheds light on the Most Prominent Technical Trends in ICA

Under the sponsorship of H.E. Major General Mansour Ahmed Al Dhaheri, Director-General of the General Directorate of Identity, ICA’s Corporate Project Management Office organized an interactive session titled: “The Government Sector’s Prominent Strategic Technical Trends” in collaboration with Gartner Inc. for Research and Advisory.

The session hosted Advisor “Rick Howard”, Corporate Researcher in the field of Technical Trends and Business Progress in the Government Sector. The session was attended by Al Dhaheri, H.E. Dr. Rauda Al Saadi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, Brigadier general Suhail Jumaa Al Khaili, Acting Director-General of Nationality, and Mona Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of Statistics Sector at the Statistics Centre in Abu Dhabi as well as a number of department directors and employees at Al Shohada Hall in General Directorate of Identity Headquarters.

This session was held in an effort to spread and exchange knowledge, provide participants with new skills, and promote social awareness regarding the significance of future technologies and innovative initiatives. Furthermore, Advisor Howard stressed that investment in enhancing knowledge and new technologies is a guarantee for a prosperous future for modern communities. The session also sheds light on the business and technology trends of digital governments as well as governance, data analysis, concepts of artificial intelligence in the Public Sector, and relationship management with customers.

At the end of the interactive session, Al Dhaheri presented a memorial shield to the Advisor, Rick Howard.
