Rewarding the Winners in the Authority’s Ramadan Championship for Football 2023

The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security has concluded, at Tuesday, evening (11/ April/ 2023) all events of Ramadan’s Championship for Football 2023, which were held in the club the second of December at the headquarter of the Authority at Abu Dhabi.

The Closing Ceremony was attended by his Excellency Major General, Suhail Gomaa bin Kaltham Alkhaili, The Major General of Identity and Passports Department, Admiral, Yousif Ismail Khouri, and some of leaders and staff of the Authority. His Excellency rewarded the winner teams and the distinguished players at the championship, as Dubai Team won the First Place while the team of Residency and Foreigners Affairs won the Second Place, and the team of Human Resources won the Third Place.

Also, Ali Sakar (from Residency and Foreigners Affairs’ Team) was crowned as the best gool- keeper, Bader Ibrahim (from Dubai Team) as the best player and Mohamed Ahmed (From Residency and Foreigners Affairs’ Team) as the top scorer.

8 teams representing different departments in the authority at the state level have participated in the championship. The events were held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each weak during Ramadan as they aimed at spreading the sportsmanship and positive competition amongst employees in Ramadan atmosphere which spreads joy and happiness in the environment of work.
