Residency and Foreigners Affairs Directorate explores ways to strengthen cooperation with national carriers

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security held a coordination meeting on Thursday morning, August 25, 2022, to enhance cooperation and support the strategic partnership between the Authority and national air carriers.
The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Major General Sultan Al Nuaimi, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs at the Authority, in the presence of several managers from the Authority, managers from UAE national carriers and other stakeholders.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation between them and improve the quality of services provided by the Authority regarding entry and residence permits, activities related to the movement of entry and exit of passengers, and mechanisms for dealing with the latest developments in the air transport sector worldwide, in a way that contributes to improving the quality of life of society and supporting the leadership of the air transport sector, aviation and air transport in the UAE.
