Regular meeting of directors of registration centers discusses a number of issues

The directors of registration centers at the Emirates Identity Authority have held their second regular meeting for 2011 at Al Ain Registration Center.

At the beginning of the meeting, H.E. Yousef Al Bulooshi, Chief Executive Officer of Registration Centers, passed the thanks of H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, to all directors of registration centers that participated in training typing offices in co-ordination with the project co-ordinator.

The meeting discussed the possibility of seeking the assistance of a number of employees who hold IT degrees to attend training courses to be prepared to shoulder the responsibility of diagnosing technical breakdowns in registration centers

Besides, the meeting stressed the importance of streamlining the incentive bonus for registration administrators with high registration rates in a bid to motivate and encourage them to keep up the good work.

The meeting discussed a number of agenda items including streamlining the method of tracking and assessing the performance of employees and the mechanism of their shifts.
