Registration Centers Director inspects Ras Al Khaimah Center

The Emirates Identity Authority has called on the directors and employees of its affiliated registration centers across the UAE to sharpen their ambitions and double their efforts in the upcoming period in line with the constant rise in the population register and ID card registration rates while doing their utmost to provide the most prestigious services to customers.

This was announced during an inspection visit paid by Ismael Fadlallah, Director of Dubai and Northern Emirates, Emirates Identity Authority, to Ras Al Khaimah Registration Center, where he met with the center’s employees and listened to their remarks and needs.

The visit comes as part of the keenness of the Emirates Identity Authority’s Higher Management on enhancing means of communication between the Emirates Identity Authority’s officials and employees with the aim of bolstering the culture of offering the highest levels of service to customers.

During his tour, Fadlallah, who was accompanied by Omer Al Maamari, Supervisor of Sharjah and Northern Emirates Centers, urged the employees to receive customers with a smile, accept decisions with an open mind, show determination and shoulder responsibilities so as to achieve the desired objectives and improve the Emirates Identity Authority’s reputation.
