“Ras Al Khaimah Residency” launches the Innovation Platform

His Excellency Colonel Ali Abdullah Al Radimi, Executive Director of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs of Ras Al Khaimah, inaugurated the innovation platform that was held at Al Manar Center in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah this morning (Thursday, February 16, 2023), in the presence of department directors, heads of departments and employees.
The platform comes within the framework of the activities of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security during the month of innovation “UAE Innovates 2023”. It aims to educate society members and employees about the importance of innovation and its important role in developing services, meeting the needs of customers, identifying their aspirations and future needs, as well as reviewing innovative ideas that contributed to the development of services provided by the Authority to customers.
