The employees of the EIDA’s Ras Al Khaimah Customer Service Center celebrated the acquisition of three of the employees the “Excellence Assessor Diploma”, which is certified by Hamdan bin Mohammed Smart University.
The employees; Fatima Al Blushi, Supervisor of the Center, Amal Qassim, Excellence Officer, and Shamma Al Manaei, Administrative Assistant, obtained the certificates following their successful fulfillment of the professional diploma requirements of the smart comprehensive program of excellence programs assessment; which was attended by an elite group of department managers fromwa`2 governmental bodies and employees from various supervisory and specialized sectors in the domains of excellence.
Ismail Al Blushi, Director of the Center, congratulated the employees on this achievement, and wished them more success, excellence and advancement, stressing that such achievement helps improve the work process in EIDA.
On the other hand, the employees expressed their happiness with this thoughtful gesture, and their gratitude to EIDA for its recognition of the employees, and thus motivating them towards doing their best, and encouraging them to go the extra mile in order to improve the services offered by EIDA to its customers.
