The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security received yesterday a delegation from the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation, to discuss ways to enhance strategic cooperation in the field of innovation, quality and institutional excellence between the two parties.
Major Youssef Abdullah Al Hammadi, Director of the Strategy and Future Department at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, met with the visiting delegation at the Innovation Center of the Strategy and the Future Department at the Authority’s building in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, in the presence of many department heads and branch managers. The delegation of the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation consisted of Nadia Sultan Al-Ali, Director of the Institutional Development Department, Muhammad Al-Hashimi, Director of the Quality Department, and several directors from the Authority.
During the meeting, the best practices of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in the areas of innovation, quality, and institutional excellence were reviewed, and the Authority’s experience in obtaining the Quality Foundation Award in 2022 from the Chartered International Institute for Quality was reviewed as well, while highlighting the importance of this achievement for the Authority and its impact on the improvement and development process and its institutional reputation after such achievement.
