New York University Abu Dhabi honors EIDA office at Post Head Office

New York University – Abu Dhabi honored the customer service office of the Emirates ID Authority located at the Emirates Post Head Office – Abu Dhabi in recognition of its cooperation and employee efforts to complete transactions of the university employees and students and facilitate the registration procedures and issuance of the ID card for them.

Mr. Saeed Al Balushi, Director of the Customer Service Center at the PMC in Khalifa Medical City, received a certificate of appreciation from the university administration delegate who conveyed regards of the university administration to the office employees and appreciation of their effort to provide best customer service experience and facilitate procedures for customers as this would reflect positively on the customer satisfaction levels and bring happiness to them.
