EIDA’s Customer Happiness Center in Mussaffah annexed to Preventive Medicine Center has organized a workshop for its employees entitled “Emergency Evacuation Plans” to raise the awareness of its employees and their ability to evacuate in the case of emergency incidents.
The workshop, which was supervised by Faris Al-Rissi, the center’s supervisor, included the introduction of the participants to the methods of dealing with emergency situations, prevention methods of fire accidents, and preventive measures to be followed to prevent their effects, keeping the health and security of the center’s employees and visitors.
At the end of the workshop, the participants received practical training on the evacuation plans and types, and the methods to deal with the firefighting equipment used in the building of the center, and the mechanism of access to the gathering points in case of emergency.
