In coordination with the Printing Offices Unit at FAIC, FAIC’s Customer Happiness Center annexed to Preventive Medicine Center in Musaffah, organized an awareness workshop for the employees of the authorized printing offices in Emirate of Abu Dhabi in order to raise awareness about the most important rules that must be adhered to in order to avoid errors in entering customers’ data.
The workshop, which was supervised by the Director of the Center, Mr. Ahmed Al-Khouri and the Supervisor Mr. Faris Al-Rissi, gave an awareness presentation to the participants, emphasizing the importance of accuracy in data entry, avoiding mistakes in order to save time and effort to the customers and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
For his part, staff member Omar Al-Nuaimi, administrator of the Printing Offices Unit, gave a detailed explanation of the types of errors most frequently repeated in 2017, caused by the printing offices, and the most important instructions that must be followed when filling out the form, which contributes to reducing the errors.
