Inspects Mussafah Customer Happiness Center
H.E. Major General Mansour Ahmed Al Dhaheri, Director-General of the Identity at ICA, emphasized the need to simplify the procedures and facilitate the services provided to customers, as well as to exert every single effort to overcome difficulties and address challenges that they may face. This is to ensure saving customers’ time and effort and to fully satisfy them with their experience with ICA.
Al Dhaheri made these statements during his inspection visit to ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Mussafah, annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center. He was accompanied in that visit by Yusuf Ahmed Al Blooshi, the Executive Director of the Customer Happiness Affairs.
Al Dhaheri met the Center’s director and a number of its employees and listened to their comments, needs, and suggestions. He also talked to some customers and was briefed on their views towards the level and quality of the services provided by the Center in terms of ease of procedures and the time spent by customers to get the required service.
He further urged the Center’s employees to work in a team spirit, to strive constantly to promote performance and reach excellence. He also highlighted the importance of paying attention to customers and positively respond to their comments and suggestions submitted through different channels and means. This would contribute to achieving the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness and support ICA’s tendency towards achieving sustainable excellence.
