Sheikh Dr. Majid Bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Ruler’s Emiri Court, has honored the Emirates Identity Authority for its main sponsorship of the 5th edition of Ramadan Ajman Taqwa wa Iman.
This was announced during the closing ceremony of the 5th edition of the festival, which was organized by the Ajman Executive Council General Secretariat in Ramada Hotel, Ajman, the day before yesterday and attended by Saeed Saif Al Matroushi, Secretary General of Ajman Executive Council, who is also the chairman of the organizing committee of the activities.
The honoring shield was received by Mr. Mohammed Al Harthy, Acting Executive Director of Population Register at the Emirates Identity Authority, on behalf of H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General.
In his speech, Al Matroushi hailed the comprehensive vision of faith which was harmonious with the activities of the 5th edition of the festival and was based on the keenness and paternal attention of His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ajman Crown Prince.
The ceremony, which was attended by H.E. Brigadier Sheikh Sultan Bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director General of Ajman Police, saw the participation of a number of representatives of government and local departments, sponsoring organizations, honored personalities and media personalities. The ceremony was also attended by the other sponsoring entities.
The Emirates Identity Authority previously stressed its keenness on shouldering its social responsibilities based on its belief in the concept of integrated performance and harmonious endeavors in seeking noble objectives and fulfilling deep humanitarian ends.
The Emirates Identity Authority commended the social initiative of Ramadan Ajman Taqwa wa Iman and the success it achieved in the previous editions of this activity, which is aimed at serving the individuals of the society, consolidating humanitarian meanings and noble values and motivating other to continue to do charitable work.
The Emirates Identity Authority clarified that its sponsorship of these Ramadan activities in Ajman is a national and social duty that stems from its deep commitment and extreme keenness on shouldering its social responsibilities towards the UAE people.
