ICA’s Customer Happiness Center at Khalifa Medical City received a delegation of students participating in the summer programs organized by the Emirates Identity and Citizenship Academy for university students.
The Center’s administration organized a tour for the delegation at its various departments, which was led by Captain Mohammed Al Sharqi Al Ameri, Director of Applied Training Branch at the Academy, during which they listened to a detailed explanation presented by the female employee Najla Al-Qahtani, Fatima Al-Hammadi, Maha Salahuddin and Khadija Al-Kaabi, on the nature of the Center’s work, registration procedures, the issuance of ID cards and other services provided by ICA to the customers, through which ICA takes into account the provision of the highest standards and specifications, to ensure the provision of fast, smooth and convenient services, which meets their ambitions and satisfaction. While the employee Mohammed Mane’s e Al Manhali briefed the delegation about the Government Communication Department in ICA, its strategic objectives, and its main role in raising awareness of the concerned parties of its operations, services, and achievements.
At the end of the visit, the students expressed their thanks and appreciation to ICA for its care for the university students and organizing distinguished training programs for them, which contribute to refining their skills and gaining new experiences, praising the distinguished and advanced level of services provided by ICA to its customers.
