The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, represented by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah, organized the first customer forum for the year 2022 at the head office of the Youth Center in the emirate. This forum took place as part of the Authority’s keenness to develop and improve services with the aim of upgrading and developing its overall performance.
The forum was inaugurated by His Excellency Major General Sultan Yousef Al Nuaimi, Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah. It was attended by several managers, officers, partners and customers of the directorate. The forum focused on shedding light on the Authority’s strategies and projects and reviewing the customers’ experience and their response to the electronic and smart services provided by the Authority through its digital platform, which allows the completion of all their transactions without the need to visit customer happiness centers, and therefore reduces effort and time, and speeds up the transactions.
During the forum, customers’ opinions were surveyed, and their ideas and suggestions about services and operations improvement were discussed in order to upgrade them in a way that meets the customers’ aspirations and desires.
