The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, represented by Ras Al Khaimah Customer Happiness Center, organized a brainstorming session entitled “Partners in Service Development”, in conjunction with the International Youth Day, to discuss ways to develop services that support the work system in the Authority, and in the presence of several employees of the center, customers and strategic partners representing government agencies.
The session included highlighting proactive services through the smart application and discussing the customer’s journey, in addition to formulating development proposals to achieve the Authority’s objectives and putting forward a set of creative ideas and development proposals that support the institutional work system and improve its performance.
