The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security held the first meeting of the Executive Affairs Council for the Foreigners Affairs and Ports Sector for 2022, headed by His Excellency Major General Saeed Rakan Al Rashidi, Director General of Foreigners Affairs, and Ports, and Executive Directors, to discuss the ISO certification and digital transformation using smart and electronic channels aimed at keeping pace with the aspirations of the government of the U.A.E to move towards a comprehensive digital transformation in government services in accordance with best practices and standards. Al-Rashidi praised the efforts of the employees of the Foreigners Affairs and Ports sector and their effective role in supporting the work system in the Authority in accordance with the best practices that live up to the aspirations of the rational leadership and contribute to enhancing the competitiveness of the Authority globally.
This meeting comes as part of the Authority’s endeavor to speed up its work and keep pace with developments and changes in accordance with its strategic and forward-looking plans.
