A number of children of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security staff participated in the Authority’s activities in celebration of Emirati Children’s Day, during a visit by a group of children to the Authority’s head office in Abu Dhabi, during which they received souvenirs in a festive atmosphere that instilled in them feelings of happiness and reflected the aspects of interest the Authority shares with the members of society under the State’s care and visionary leadership for the rights of the child, which are linked to sustainable development and enhance the prosperity of the nation.
His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Authority, Brigadier Khamis Muhammad Al Kaabi, Acting Director General of Support Services, and a number of managers in the Authority welcomed the visiting children, stressing that caring for young people is a wise approach laid down by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace, since the establishment of the state 50 years ago, since those children are the makers of the country’s future, the builders of its civilization, and the pillars of its security and stability.
On the other hand, the activities of the Authority to celebrate Emirati Children’s Day extended to various regions of the country, and a number of children of the Authority’s employees in the city of Al Ain participated in the activities of the Emirati Children’s Day in cooperation with a number of partners and government agencies, which included a series of entertainment shows and competitions. The Authority celebrated this occasion in Ras Al Khaimah, with the participation of school students, in line with the Authority’s keenness to enhance interest of society in the child and highlight his rights in care, health and education, and in line with the visions of the visionary leadership in supporting initiatives aimed at building a strong generation armed with the tools of giving and development and achieving a decent life and a safe environment.
