The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship organized, in cooperation with the Prime Minister’s Office a training course for its employees, titled “Customer Happiness”. The aim is to develop their skills in receiving customers and enhance their ability to understand the needs of the visitors and give them the highest levels of attention.
The participants in the training course, which was held in ICA’s main office in Abu Dhabi and supervised by Captain Hassan Al Hammadi, Acting Head of Strategy and Future Section in the Support Services Sector, received training on the methods of receiving customers, the skills of dealing with them, the successful methods to control the emotions, the importance of understanding and comprehending the conditions of customers, and the appropriate ways to meet their needs to make them happy and achieve the highest levels of their satisfaction
