Given ICA’s aspiration to achieve leadership and excellence and reach the first place and become the first government authority that aspires and seeks to accomplish one success after another, the Support Services Sector of the Procurement Department obtained the ISO 20400 Certification for “Sustainable Procurement” and thus becoming the first and only Department to obtain this certification in the Federal Government.
The Department celebrated this certification in the attendance of Brigadier General H.E. Khamis Mohamed Al Kaabi, Mr. Ali Hashem Al Awadi, Director of the Procurement Department as well as several employees and workers.
Al Kaabi commended the Procurement Department and its employees and workers for this great achievement and for efforts to reach such rank of leadership, excellence, and distinction in providing services and dealing with the public.
