The innovation team at GDRFA-Ajman carried out an activity to promote the e-mail address dedicated to receiving customers’ suggestions and recommendations Within ICA’s events to celebrate UAE Innovation Month 2019.
The activity included designing an envelope for ID cards, bearing the innovation logo, and the e-mail address dedicated to receiving ideas, in order to engage customers in improving and uplifting services to reach levels that fulfill their hopes and meet their expectations.
