The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) won “The Best Automated Services” Award for its smart services as part of E-Business Awards 2021. HE Brigadier General Matar Kharbash Al Saadi, Head of IT Support Services Department received the award. This award crowns the ICA efforts to continue its journey of digital and smart transformation of all its services and operations according to the state-of-the-art techniques and best practices.
The International Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) grants this award annually to highlight the optimal services and systems used by the service providers.
