A delegation from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship reviewed the best practices applied by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in the field of human resources and the management and planning of institutional resources.
This came during a visit by a delegation from “ICA” headed by Major Jamal Al Khateri, Director of Strategy and Future Department, to the headquarters of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority in Dubai, during which they heard a presentation on the ERP systems and their application mechanisms in TRA.
Major Jamal Al Khateri said that the visit comes within the framework of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship to apply the best practices and latest methods in all areas of its work, stressing the focus of ICA on its human resources and its keenness to develop their skills and enhance their job capabilities and follow-up continuous indicators of job satisfaction, the matter which establishes their loyalty and responsibility, and contributes to the improvement of performance to the best levels, and enable them to contribute effectively to achieve their strategic objectives in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
