A delegation from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship reviewed the best practices applied by the Department of Economic Development in the field of managing the relationship with the strategic partners.
This came during a visit of the ICA delegation to the headquarters of the Department in Dubai, during which they heard a brief explanation presented by Sumaya Issa, Director of Partnerships, on the work of the Department and its strategic objectives, mechanisms of managing the relations with strategic partners, activating various partnership agreements and how to exchange information and data with them.
Mr. Ali Habib Al-Khalsan, Director of Partnerships Department, reviewed a number of successful models of partnerships that contributed to the success of the Department’s efforts to achieve its strategic objectives and briefed them on the matrix of partners and their approved classifications, stressing the importance of continuing to develop relations with them and activating cooperation with partners to achieve mutual benefit for both parties
The delegation included Shirena Al Boloushi, Director of Projects Department, Laila Al Jasmi, Communication Executive Officer, Noura Al Sokatri, Executive Officer of Corporate Performance Department, Saif Al Dhaheri, Chief Operations, and Quality Officer. while DED was represented by Mohammed Al-Wahidi and Emran Al Salah from the Partnerships Section.
