ICA organizes workshops to develop its strategic plan

The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship has conducted workshops to develop its strategic plan, attended by general and executive directors together with a number of employees. The workshops discussed the ICA’s strategic plans to align with the future scenarios, global variables, besides the technical, organizational, and operational updates in the ICA’s proceedings and targets.
ICA is keen to organize interactive workshops in various domains and sectors and promote the method of brainstorming to benefit from the creative ideas and innovative solutions advancing the developmental plans in terms of creation, design and implementation.
