The Department of Strategy and Future at the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship organized two workshops on the happiness and positivity for the employees of ICA in the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah, in order to learn them about the importance of such two values, and their role in improving the work environment.
The two workshops, which were the first of a series of workshops to be implemented by ICA in all departments of GDRFA in the state, focused on the role of positive energy in enhancing the self-motivation of employees and how to utilize them optimally, to be reflected on the relations between colleagues from one hand, and receiving the customers on the other hand, so that the main goal is to make them happy and provide the finest services to them to put a smile on their faces.
The participants in the two workshops, presented by Khawla Al Tayer, Director of Strategy and Future at the General Directorate of Identity, listened to an explanation about the concept of happiness and its impact on individuals in public life and the work environment. It also reviewed the most important methods to promote positive energy and self-motivation. They were briefed also about the way of maintaining a sense of happiness and optimism, which contributes to enabling them to succeed on the personal and career levels.
Al Tayer also briefed the participants on the system of Creative Ideas Bank which ICA makes it available to its employees and customers through its website in order to enable them to present their ideas and suggestions through it. Al Tayer also said that the ideas and suggestions are dealt with efficiently according to a documented approach, which is studied and discussed accurately, and the feasible suggestions and ideas are followed up when carrying them out under the supervision of specialized and trained cadres.
Al Tayer will present a series of workshops organized by ICA all over the emirates of UAE.
