In implementation of its 50 yeas strategic plan and for qualifying its employees, the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” organized future foresight course titled “Future foresight Mindset and Resources” for ICA future foresight team members over 3 days at Youth Centers of the Federal Youth Authority. This course aimed at enhancing the organizational capabilities in the area of future foresight within ICA. The course further tackled the future foresight concepts and scenarios along with the future planning mindset and the resources required for future foresight.
This training course is organized within the context of ICA pursuit to conduct dedicated courses and workshops to empower its human capital in line with the best practices in terms of talents investment.
