The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, represented by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Umm Al Quwain, organized the Emirati Women Forum under the “Woman, aspiration and splendid future towards the next 50 years”, commemorating the Emirati Women’s Day, which falls on August 28.
In the presence of 14 local government entities including ICA’s female employees, dialogue sessions were held to discuss a range of topics that Emirati women aspire to achieve at the age of fifty. The attendees and participants commended the UAE’s wise leadership interest in Emirati women’s affairs and allowing them to contribute to achieving the goals and vision of the wise government in this regard.
His Excellency Brigadier General Khalid Yousef bin Hudayba, Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Umm Al Quwain, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the participating entities, affirming the UAE’s support for women in all fields.
The ICA is keen on getting its female personnel to participate in the forums and on holding exclusive events for them in recognition of their efforts and outstanding contribution to achieving the ICA’s vision and objectives.
