The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship organized a blood donation campaign in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Blood Bank affiliated to Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA).
The campaign, which was held at the headquarters of the General Directorate of Identity in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, aimed at consolidating the concepts of charity and giving for the employees of the Authority, deepening the spirit of social responsibility and promoting a culture of humanitarian and volunteer work.
The campaign was attended by a large number of male and female employees of ICA, who expressed their happiness in organizing this humanitarian campaign, which provides blood to the needy patients in all hospitals in the state.
The campaign also included a number of medical examinations for donors under the supervision of the medical team concerned, in order to ensure their fitness and ability to donate, in addition to specialists from the Blood Bank to answer their questions about the benefits of blood donation and the qualified persons.
