Out of its keenness to encourage and motivate its employees, the ICA, represented by Mr. Nasser Al Abduli, director of ICA Customer Happiness Department, honored Mr. Youssef Ali El-Hammadi, service development sector director of the Customer Happiness Department for his outstanding work and collaboration with his colleagues to transfer and share knowledge and experience.
