His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” honored 3 employees of ICA staff who are employed by the General Directorate for Residency & Foreigners Affairs- Sharjah in recognition of their dedication and devotion at work to best satisfy ICA customers.
The honored employees were a role model to be followed since they facilitated top-notch services for a customer who experienced exceptional conditions while he was heading to passports control counter at Sharjah International Airport during eve of the holy Adha Eid. ICA employees delivered extraordinary cooperation enabling him to renew the passport of one of his dependents successfully and within a short time so that they could conveniently and smoothly catch their scheduled flight in a noble human situation reflecting the authentic values triggered and motivated by ICA vision for addressing customers happiness. This situation embodies a real expression about ICA values aiming at delivering alternative solutions within the context of ICA social responsibility initiatives as well as the proactive role played by its employees in making the crucial decisions while handling different situations even if they are beyond of their official duty hours.
