Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship honored a number of its distinguished employees at Sharjah Customer Happiness Center as part of the “Happiness Imprint” initiative, which was launched to honor its most distinguished employees in carrying out their duties.
Major Jamal Al Khatiri, Director of Strategy and Future Department at ICA, in the presence of Ahmad Al Bah, Director of the Center, presented simple gifts to the honorees who expressed their happiness with such generous gesture and their thanks to the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, for its attention to its outstanding employees and its appreciation for all their efforts, which motivates them to improve their performance and provide the best efforts.
The initiative aims at honoring the employees who achieve high levels of production and demonstrate excellence in creativity, knowledge transfer, and interaction with the public and colleagues in order to enhance the spirit of challenge and perseverance and motivate them to achieve the highest levels of happiness and loyalty.
