“ICA” honors the distinguished employees of Al Rashidiya Center

Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship honored a number of its distinguished employees at Al Rashidiya Customer Happiness Center as part of the “Happiness Imprint” initiative, which was launched to honor its most distinguished employees in carrying out their duties.

Major Jamal Al Khatiri, Director of Strategy and Future Department at ICA, in the presence of Iman Al Baloushi, Director of the Center, and Shirena Al Baloushi, Director of the Corporate Project Management Office, presented simple gifts to the honorees who expressed their happiness with such generous gesture and their thanks to the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, for its attention to its outstanding employees and its appreciation for all their efforts, which motivates them to improve their performance and provide the best efforts.

Al-Khattari expressed his thanks to the honoring employees for their excellence and good performance in their work. He invited their colleagues to be keen to compete with the distinguished and to increase efforts and work in a team spirit to improve performance and achieve the objectives of ICA.
